The Delta SkyMiles® Gold Credit Card by American Express is ideal for those who travel regularly on Delta Airlines and would like to take part in the reward program offered.
Cardowners will receive one mile for every dollar spent on general purchases and two miles for every dollar spent at participating retailers and merchants (supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations, home improvement and hardware stores, the U.S. Postal Service, on Delta, and wireless phone bill payments). They can also get 15,000 Bonus SkyMiles with your first purchase. Miles are compatible with frequent flyer programs. Miles do not expire as long as the frequent flyer account is active during a 3-year period. There is a yearly limit of $100,000 in eligible spending applies.
There is no annual fee for the first year, then it is $85, unless cardowner is also the Basic Cardmember for a Business Gold Card, Executive Business Card, Business Platinum Card, or Business Centurion® Card, in which case the annual fee is $30 for the Basic Card.
During the first six months of membership, a 9.99% introductory rate is available for balance transfers.
